Download HTML Version;This file has a file extension of (.tgz), which is a gzipped compressed tar file. When you left-click on the above link, your WEB browser may try and open this file rather than saving it to disk. To force your browser to download and save the file, right-click on the link and select "Save Target As...".
During the download process the file extension of .tgz may be changed to .tar. If this happens, rename the file so the only extension is .tgz before openeing it with WinZip.
